Having worked and studied with top chefs in Italy, France and Spain, Heenadiy has used all of the accumulated knowledge that he has gathered over the past 20 years to the tables at Catch.

Inspired by his nature – and his own love of fishing – the chef is constantly fine tuning his skill and developing new dishes. There are guests who return time and time again however to relive the experience of his lobster with mango chilli sauce – a firm favourite.
